Crosby man's company rolls out the barrel at Tower of London

A CROSBY man who owns the last remaining commercial cooperage in England has made a barrel to go on display at the Tower of London. Les Skinner, of Moorside Road, set up Skinners Cooperage, on Canal Street, Bootle, in 1969.
