Mersey pupils witness fake car crash ‘rescue’ (VIDEO)


SCHOOL children watched a fellow pupil being rescued from a mock car crash during a road safety lesson.

Faith Teare, 11, was cut from the vehicle by firefighters at Litherland High school yesterday.

The car’s doors, windows and roof were removed so Faith could be safely rescued.

Watch manager John Cousins told THE classmates how a real accident would be handled.

Crew manager Vin Taylor said: “The kids paid attention and took on board our message.”
